Local Rank
Local Rank is a mathematical procedure by which one's position, or the ranking of a website in search engine results can be calculated. The calculation starts with a keyword, next the page rank shows the first 1000 results. This first result is called Old Score. Within these 1000 results a new ranking is realized, which yields the so-called local score. The purpose of the second ranking is to identify how many inbound links there are between the identified 1000 pages. When calculating the New Score, the Old Score and the Local Score must be considered. This score must have a good value in all calculations, if you want to achieve an overall high rank of your website.
