Google site flavored search is a function, which can be compared with a process of elimination when searching for terms, which might belong to several categories of topics. The user creates a profile, where he determines certain keywords. During a search, the search terms with multiple meanings can be assigned, and then it will be only the results that match the keywords in their profile. Let’s say, that a user uses the keyword containing internet, computer and software. If the user searches for the term “Apache” (which is in equal measure an Indian tribe, a combat helicopter and a software), in this combination he will only get the results of the software. So he doesn’t have to click many sites, which don’t even belong to the actual topic that the user is looking for. All the unnecessary information will be filtered and won’t be shown. But there must be sufficient sites in the index of the search engine about this topic. The fact that you won’t be bombed with shopping facilities or advertisements about the topic you are looking for.
