Google Print

The Google Library Project is called Google print. The idea is to convert approximately 15 million books into digital books. The user should be able to get an impression about the book, by reading the blurb or the summary. It is also planned to make a search function, by which you can search for single excerpt. The contents of the Google book search are from publishing houses and from libraries. The function Google print can be found on books.google.com. You enter a search criterion, next to the books that were found and their covers there are additional information about the publishing house, author and the recession. You can order the book directly in an online-bookshop or you might find a library which has the book you’re looking for. You can also find out how far the library is away from your home. With the extended search it is possible to search purposeful for keywords, book title, author, publishing house and the ISBN number. You can also choose the language of the book.
