Google Browser: Chrome

Google once again made a big step into the world of the internet with its browser “Chrome”. Google’s browser is completely free. It is very fast, so there is a short loading time. It has an easy and intuitive design, just like the one we know from Google.
With a single input box you can enter the internet-address respectively, you Google can search for a keyword (incl. typo-correction-suggestions). Therefore, Google has a miniature view of the most often visited internet sites (“favorite sites”).
You can also create shortcuts to application software. A process will be started for every opened tab. If a site freezes because of e.g. an erroneous JavaScript, not every site has to be closed, but only that tab. Another facility is “anonym surfing”. In this modus no browser-history, no cookies and no search-history are saved. Information from Google says that there are new safety standards, which avoid any malware and Trojans.
As Google’s browser came on the market, a huge media-echo followed all over the world, and the number of downloads increased every day. Now it remains to be seen how long Google’s browser will need to be the leading browser, next to Microsoft’s Internet Explorer and Firefox.
