An absolute link is a link with the complete declaration of the domain. An absolute link is in every directory the same. In the context of the SEO there is another definition for an absolute link.

It will be written on its own web presence and by means of another site, with a different URL, it will be linked with a foreign server.

Absolute links get a positive valuation from search engines. There are recommendations from pages of the search engines, via the absolute link, so the page rank will be affected positively. Here hilltop algorithms have an important task: they evaluate incoming and outgoing links. A website which has many incoming and outgoing links is called node and it is evaluated highly in the ranking.
